Graduate Business Core
Core Academic Foundations in Business
Although admission to the program does not require that applicants complete a master’s degree in business, the program primarily admits students with undergraduate and master’s degrees in a business discipline. Those with a master’s degree in a non-business discipline must demonstrate proficiency in the functional areas of business by satisfactorily completing 24 credit hours of master’s level graduate business courses. As such, the doctoral curriculum is designed for students with an acceptable academic foundation in the graduate business core.
