Suseela Reddy, Ph.D.
Atmospheric physicist in the Department of Chemistry, Physics, and Atmospheric Sciences, researching tropical meteorology, mesoscale numerical weather modeling, and climate variability across the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf Coastal States.
Atmospheric physics and meteorology
Dr. Suseela Reddy teaches and conducts research in the Department of Chemistry, Physics, and Atmospheric Sciences within the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology. His work centers on tropical meteorology, mesoscale numerical modeling for weather research and forecasting, and climate variability and satellite meteorology.
His published research examines air-sea interactions and heat flux over the Gulf of Mexico, hurricane activity and predictive indices, and mesoscale circulation across the Louisiana–Mississippi coastal region.
