Financial Assistance

Scholarships

The Program of Public Policy and Administration responds to the financial needs of our students by offering fellowships or financial assistance such as:

Graduate Assistantships

The Division of Graduate Studies and the Program of Public Policy and Administration provide a limited number of graduate assistantships. The assistantships pay in-state tuition and a stipend for the academic year. The monthly stipend does not cover out-of-state fees, housing, transportation and food. Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 hours credit to qualify.

Internships

A monthly stipend can be earned through internship placement. For information, contact the Internship Coordinator, Dr. Ester Stokes at estokes@jsums.org.
