Jackson State University has been a chartered member of Beta Gamma Sigma since 1996. Membership is the highest academic recognition a business student can receive at an AACSB International–accredited institution.
Welcome to Beta Gamma Sigma
Jackson State University has been a chartered member of Beta Gamma Sigma since 1996. Students are chosen by the faculty of their business schools and are invited to membership in the Society.
To be eligible for invitation, students must (a) be enrolled in a business program at a school accredited by AACSB International that has a chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, and (b) rank in the top of their class according to the academic-standing thresholds defined by the Society.

Two requirements for invitation
Students are invited to membership by the faculty of their business school. To be eligible, candidates must satisfy both of the following conditions.
Enrollment requirement
The student must be enrolled in a business program at a school accredited by AACSB International that has a chartered chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma. JSU's College of Business satisfies this requirement.
