Notice of CEPH Accreditation Review & Opportunity for Third-Party Comments
Jackson State University's College of Health Sciences is scheduled to undergo a review for accreditation by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). As part of the accreditation process, CEPH accepts written third-party comments from students, alumni, faculty, staff, employers, community partners, and other stakeholders. This is an opportunity for anyone interested in the program to submit written comments directly to CEPH.
All comments must be sent directly to CEPH at the following address: submissions@ceph.org
Comments must be received by CEPH no later than 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled site visit, January 26, 2026.
CEPH will not share these comments with the school or program, and the institution will not see or be informed of the identity of the commenters.
We encourage all interested parties to participate in this important process.

Degrees offered include the BS (Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, Healthcare Administration, and Social Work); MS in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology; Master of Public Health; Master of Social Work; Doctor of Public Health; and PhD in Social Work.
