Young Won Rhee is an Assistant Professor of Management at Jackson State University. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington Foster School of Business in 2023. His research centers on three main areas: morality and sustainability, status and creativity, and personal finance in organizations.
His work has been published in academic journals such as the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. Young Won is committed to teaching and has experience instructing undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. courses in Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics.
