Jackson State University Postal/Tiger Mail is committed to providing customer service in a caring and welcoming atmosphere. We aim to provide professional, knowledgeable, and technical support to assist the departments, faculty, staff, and students with all of their mailing and shipping needs.
The University has always provided the campus community with some form of campus mail service. The Post Office is responsible for the postal requirements of the students, faculty, and staff of the University. Its primary purpose is to provide an efficient and economical mail system, ensuring timely service for incoming and outgoing mail while operating within established University and U.S. Postal Service guidelines and/or procedures.
The Post Office is also committed to improving mail's image, quality, and delivery.

JSU Postal — also known as Tiger Mail — is the campus postal services department, providing mail and shipping support for the entire JSU community. The office is located on the 1st Floor of Jacob L. Reddix Hall, near the heart of the JSU campus.
