CAEP Annual Reporting Measures

As a component of CAEP accreditation, every Education Preparation Provider (EPP) must report and prominently display data on its website relating to Annual Reporting Measures (ARM) established by CAEP. EPPs may select the data they present as long as it is appropriate to CAEP's measures.

Annual Reporting Measures

The four ARMs

CAEP requires EPPs to report annually on four measures of educator preparation outcomes.

ARM 1
Completer Impact on P-12 Learning
The impact of program completers on P-12 student learning and development — measured through outcomes and evidence from completers in their first years of practice.
ARM 2
Employer Satisfaction
The satisfaction of school district employers with the preparation and effectiveness of JSU completers across initial and advanced programs.
ARM 3
Candidate Competency at Completion
Evidence of candidate competency at program completion — including Title II program reports, licensure pass rates, and program-completion competency data.
ARM 4
Ability of Completers to be Hired
Evidence of the ability of initial and advanced program completers to be hired in education positions for which they have prepared.
